4751 Woodland Ave Community Mural

One For All is so proud to be a part of this amazing community and we want the world to know who we all are. That is why we need your help in creating our neighborhood mural that will take up the entire corner at 4751 Woodland Ave. As you can see, we have already made a lot of progress with our little corner of the world here and we think having everyone’s personal touch will be a great addition.
This is a mural for all of us, by all of us…will you make your mark and be a part of it?
May 21st, 12-2pm Graffiti Mural and Rainbows
On May 21st come out and join us at noon as we learn all about famous Graffiti Artists from around the world and look at their art. We will then take some time to design our own graffiti designs. Once we have our designs planned out, we will go outside and paint our design on a spot on our designated Graffiti Wall! Don’t worry, we will have volunteers around to help you out.
Do you have little ones that are not quite old enough to create a graffiti design? That’s ok! We will also need some help painting clouds and rainbow rain all over the sidewalks. Who doesn’t love rainbows, right?
June 4th, 12-2pm Community Garden Mural
On June 4th we will be using old soda cans and transforming them into flowers! We will be creating some up-cycled community art and painting a whole section of our wall with the theme of “Community Garden”. Come out and add your very own flowers, bumble bees, butterflies…anything you can think of that would beautify our Community Garden Mural! All ages can help out, and we are excited to have a fun time with you!
What should I bring?
If you would like to help us out, please feel free to bring paintbrushes, rollers, and paint containers. Any extra indoor/outdoor paint would be a wonderful help also. This is not required to participate, we will have plenty of supplies but as a non-profit with a very limited budget, any help with supplies is greatly appreciated!
Other than that, just come on out to our location on the corner of 48th and Woodland Ave any time between 12pm &2pm and you will be able to join in. Everyone is welcome and we are so excited to meet you!
