Are you local to the Downingtown/Thorndale/Coatesville/West Chester area? We know you might have a different zip code, but if you live or work in the area, we'd love to have you participate in our upcoming exhibition. We want to showcase all of the talented artists in our community, and we think your work would be a great addition.

Submission Deadline: September 1st

Notification of Participation: September 15th

Opening Reception: October 6th

Closing Reception: November 17th

 

One For All is now in Thorndale PA and we will be creating our own traditions and rituals with our new community. Second Saturdays at One For All will feature local and regional artists, vendors and even musicians! Gallery artists will be able to keep their work up the entire month, but our vendors and musicians are one night only! This is a community building event so it’s free to participate, however if you end up selling work we encourage donations to One For All. Vendors must bring their own tables.

One for All Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be in one PDF document and include:

  • Contact information

  • Website

  • Three high quality images of works

  • Image list which includes the name, date, title, dimensions and medium for each submitted work

  • Artist Statement

  • Permission or refusal of artwork sales/ price of each work

All artists accepted into an exhibition will be notified via email and given the information on how to proceed further.

All artists must sign a liability waiver in order to exhibit with One For All.

All artists exhibiting in our gallery must sign a sales commission agreement. One For All reserves the right to take 20% of each art sale made unless otherwise agreed upon.

All artists are required to pick up artwork within the given dates or they agree to pay a late fee of $20.00 per additional day that the work remains at One For All. Two weeks past the given date of pick up, the artwork become the property of One For All unless otherwise discussed.

One For All is an all-volunteer run, 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization. We believe that everyone should have access to professional artist opportunities, regardless of their financial situation. That's why we never charge submission or application fees.
