Unfortunately, our private studio location will be closing at the end of 2022 due to lack of funding.
One For All is excited to announce that we have open a second location designated solely for professional artists and creators. We are making moves, having discussions and dueling out some plans. In progress pictures and basic information of the new space are below, and updated images coming soon. Our private studio spaces are all available, open to all forms of art making, and affordably priced. There is an elevator that goes to each floor, a shared kitchen on each floor, bathrooms and mess sinks on every floor as well. All studios have a unique security key code lock, and the building will have a security system as well. We are now accepting reservations and drafting up leases!
We have plenty of medium sized studios available that are perfect for an emerging artist ready for a studio space of their own! Many have windows, and each studio has its own unique key code security lock.
This is the ONLY studio we have that has a recording studio within a medium sized studio space. This studio also has plenty of storage and would be perfect for a musician or audio/visual artist.
We have a few large, luxury studio spaces available for either established, professional artists or multiple artists who want to share a space.
There are several large studio spaces in the building specifically for our shared studio members. Shared Studio Memberships are for artists who may not be able to financially afford a studio space of their own. Sometimes, even sharing a private studio is out of your budget, and thats ok! We are here for you. Part Time memberships are $75 monthly, Full Time Memberships are $100 monthly and Full Time Unlimited Memberships are $175 monthly for these shared spaces.
